  3. Load Management: Sufficient rest and recovery reduce overuse injuries. Avoiding excessive throwing or overhead volume is crucial—especially for youth athletes. 
  4. Warm-Up and Flexibility: A proper warm-up improves joint mobility and prepares the shoulder for explosive actions.
